Eligible participants must create an account and fill out a brief registration form no later than 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Applications will be accepted an additional three weeks after registration closes. All applications are due no later than 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 17, 2023.

Over several weeks, the Bellagio Residency Program team will review each submission to ensure it complies with eligibility requirements, Application Rules, and overall fit with the program.

Those applications that pass administrative review will be assessed in detail by members of the expert review panel using the Evaluation Rubric.

Based on the results of the expert review panel, a subset of applicants will be invited to interview with Rockefeller Foundation staff. All applicants will be notified of their status at this stage of the process.

Following the interviews, Rockefeller Foundation staff will invite selected individuals to participate in a four-week residency between February and November 2024.
